The 3 Secrets to Strengthening and Cleansing Your Aura

It is essential to cleanse and strengthen your aura on a daily basis.  If your aura is being mistreated it will not protect you the way it should.  The aura is responsible for so many things.  It collects and stores energy, it helps you to connect with others, it feeds you energy and protects you. Treat your aura the same as you would your face or your teeth.  You wash and brush your teeth everyday don’t you?  Well time to strengthen and cleanse your aura too.

One of my favorite ways to clean my aura is with my first secret, taking a salt bath.  I use 1-2 cups of sea salt and 10-15 drops of organic lavender oil.  You can also add baking soda for an extra cleansing and detoxing.  By soaking in a sea salt bath, the salt with pull out negative, dirty, and stress energy from your aura and your chakras.  The reason this is so important is because the dirty energy in your aura and chakras can eventually lead to a physical illness.  People who maintain energy cleanliness are less likely to get sick or get stressed out.

Everyday Cleansing for your Aura:

1-2 cups of sea salt
10-20 drops of organic lavender oil
Soak for 20 minutes while imagining all of your dirty energy being sucked out and trapped by the salt water.
Add ½ cup of baking soda for more of a detox

Body/Aura Cleansing Bath

1 cup sea salt
1 cup Epson salt
15 drops of lavender oil or eucalyptus oil
Smudge yourself with sage before you step into the bath.
Soak for 30 minutes.
This will help eliminate anybody sourness that is being caused by a dirty or distressed aura.

Deep Energy and Aura Cleansing

1-2 cups of ground coffee
1 cup sea salt
10-20 drops of lavender oil
This bath should only be done if you are in need a deep spiritual cleansing.

With all baths, you should rinse off immediately after and they should be taken at night before you go to bed.  If a bath is not an option for you, mix up the receipts in a salt scrub paste.  Place all over your body and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Secret number two is doing deep yoga breathing which will help cleanse, repair, and strengthen your aura.  There are many types of breathing exercises out there.  A few that I have practiced on a regular basis are 7-1-7-1 or 6-3-6-3.  Inhale for seven counts, hold for one count, exhale for seven counts, hold for one count.  Or inhale for six counts, hold for three, exhale for six, hold for three.  Another one I practice is HAA breathing.  Inhale through your nose and exhale with a HAAAAA sound twice as long as you inhaled.  Deep breathing has multiple health and energetic benefits.  Practice this on a daily basis to really see the effects.

Now my third secret to completely cleansing and strengthening your aura is to cut your negative cords every day.  This will help strengthen your overall energy, help you feel more grounded and centered.  Every time you make a connection with a person, you are drawing an energetic cord to them.  If you have never cut your cords before, then you probably have thousands of negative cords attached to you.  I like to cut my cords when I take a shower at night.  I simply imagine a have a white sword and I set the intention of cutting and disconnecting all negative cords.  I then fill the holes from the cords with healing white light.
